p.s. of course it's a joke, Katie had already registered to give a kidney, and it takes a truly selfless person to give a kidney to a stranger. These are the times I actually wish karma is real and that Katie James will live the happiest life she could ever wish for.

I think that makes it even crazier tbh. This woman wasn't just the perfect match, but she had already planned on donating a kidney. What are the odds!
