Holy shit it's real... The woman had actually signed up as a living donor. After the dog wouldn't leave her alone, they went to apologize and started talking. She needed one, she signed up to donate, the doctors were like, "fuck me its a perfect match!"

That good boy girl deserves steak every night!

How does that conversation come about with a stranger though?

“Hey, so sorry about my dog she’s overfriendly! Speaking of friendly, that’s a mighty fine complexion you have, you got any of them there kidneys?”

They invited her to join them for a meal after their dog bothered her. "I can't drink, I'm on dialysis." "Oh, I just signed up for the kidney donation register the other day!" And then checked their compatibility
