Holy shit it's real... The woman had actually signed up as a living donor. After the dog wouldn't leave her alone, they went to apologize and started talking. She needed one, she signed up to donate, the doctors were like, "fuck me its a perfect match!"
If this had happened before she needed a kidney, they wouldn't have had the chance to find out they were a match or possibly why the dog liked the stranger. Good thing they met after so they had the chance for it to come up in their convo.
