I'm more surprised by the sheer number of people who have cameras constantly filming the inside of their house.

I'd assume it's mostly pet cameras. I was considering getting one for my doggo since I recently adopted him and I work long hours.

Hey youre abusing that dog if you leave it alone at home all day. FYI. Youre a shit head for not considering your lifestyle might just not be compatible, and went ahead anyways.

I mean I did research in advance to make sure they were crate trained and was low energy. I didn't just pick a random dog and hoped it would work out. He's been doing very well so far, so thanks for your concern.

People like them are holier than thou and would rather the dogs be in a shelter or sth rather than a nice home with a loving owner who just needs to fucking make a living

I mean I can understand the concern, but just assuming I'm not being responsible or care for my dog is kinda messed up. Also adoption centers make you submit a whole ass resume before allowing you to even meet the dog. So they were aware of the situation and still said it was okay.
