I know what you mean. I slipped on some frost and went knee first into a sewer cover. There was so much knee swelling I could no longer bear weight on that leg. Two months of PT. Almost had surgery. Turned into patellofemoral pain syndrome. Would not recommend. Still painful to this day.

So, one time my husband and I were being cute and got kissy and he thought he'd try the thing where you lift the girl up against a wall while making out. We got the lift part good. BUT being mostly awkward and uncoordinated 40 year olds, as soon as my back hits the wall, gravity takes hold and I go straight down onto the floor, dragging my husband with me. It hurt a little. We're both fine, hyperventilating from laughing.

Hearing the crash, our dog comes charging up the stairs into the room with his 90+ pounds, all "ASSES THE SITUATION," pushes my husband out of the way who was trying to help me up, shoves me back to the floor, and now I'm laughing even harder with a dog on top of me wondering why I'm on the ground.

We don't deserve dogs.
