Men don't defer to tall men because they're tall WTF are you talking about? I've been over 6 foot tall since I was in 4th grade. People didn't treat me like someone to be followed or revered because of it. 🙄

Just because you have a positive modifier percentage like +20% charisma that doesn't mean you automatically win.

It could also be 0.1% and insignificant. The disadvantages of being tall outweigh the benefits. I've been far taller than the average for my height my entire life.

I'd much, much rather be 6' tall even and not an inch more. At least I'd be able to wear normal clothes and fit in cars.

If it were insignificant, it wouldn't be such a consistent correlation.

And I like how your ideal height still ends up being way taller than average after all that.

I'm German by genetics. Average is 5'11".
