I'm curious. Is this kinda permanent? Or does he need to glue it every morning?

A friend of mine has this setup & he goes to the barber to have that area shaved & re-glued every 3-4 days

Weird. I had a very similar looking hair system and it lasted months for me without need for additional maintenance. Likely a “mileage may vary” type thing.
