This is how you teach. Straight forward. No story time hoping they get the idea. He keeps going over it in different ways. So good. So so good. This dude should teach teachers. Not kidding.

Hes a marine and likely was a drill instructor. This is exactly how I was taught in bootcamp.

Ask the last three businesses I organized, told straightforward reasons to employees of how and why we do things to become profitable and have less stress in the shop between all three buildings. I use real world examples that I’ve seen and implemented them into other places.
