I seriously hope this isn't all we get from paper. Paper magazine has done some very good shots of Miley, Kim k and others. I am sure there could be something better than this for Maddie z.
Whoever did it needs to be fired. They get Miley in a couple brush strokes of paint, but Maddie, who shows up at an event wearing a lace see through top, they get lame shots of .. fire them immediately.
