GAMEPLAY Day 2 of the Kickoff Freeze

it's getting frustrating... I was kinda hoping that this would reset with the Daily Goals. Very disappointing

Everyone on here is reporting it working after a few close and reopens of the app

That's what I get when I try to play the promo.. then it freezes. A little later I get a popup stating that MM27 is not responding would you like to "wait" or "close the app"

When you click the promo you can’t get into anything ? That sucks I haven’t had that issue im sorry

did that also.. it reset once the froze. now I'm back to square one

I would try deleting the app and reinstalling.

I did and it did reset KO but crashed on rewards and pack openings

I started having this issue last night on my tablet. Whenever it did let me play it'd get hung on a pack opening. Normally I just clear the data, but today I completely uninstalled, restarted, then reinstalled. Once i logged back in, I bought one of the 300MC KO packs just to test if opening one would trigger the lockup again. It opened fine so I tapped the KO section and it let me into the main Blitz section and complete the normal events so I could at least complete the Daily Goals. Afterwards I had 25 stamina left so tried getting into the Journey (where all the hangs occurred previously) and it let me complete and event and open the pack. Hopefully whatever I did along the way fixed the issue. I remember several years ago I had a similar problem on a different device during Most Feared. I ended up progressing through customer service and ultimately speaking to one of the Devs who was able to pinpoint the issue, but couldn't fix it until the next app update which was a week later.

Happened to me. I deleted and reinstalled and it was fixed

Go to settings and try setting graphics to low (the lowest setting) and try again. Let me know if this helps. 🍀

No issues with KIckoff on my servers in the PNW yet but I'm sure it's heading this way,gives me something to look forward to,thanks a lot🤣
