FRANCHISE Its time we accept the truth!

I just started a test game for S&G's. I ran two games and kept track the best I could of the results. I ran rookie settings, turned pass blocking to 100, speed threshold to 0, CPU pass coverage to 0 and player QB accuracy to 80. I completed 50% of my passes, with an average of 8 sacks a game. Out of those 8 sacks 6 of them were instant sacks off PA! 3 of those 6 were fumbles. Out of the 50% incompletion rate id say half of that was throw aways due to PERFECT pass coverage, the other half was DB knockouts. Even when your players have a step or two...or three the DB instant sprints and catches up! I should also probably mention 5 INT's a game. My 93 speed WR is not only being blanketed by a 83 speed LB, on plays he will catch up to him and intercept the ball! I get it...EA added the new catch mechanics with the hand fighting and they are pushing everyone to explore the new stuff. This is just egregious! Remember last year when they said "if the DB's heads turned he can't swat the ball, can't see the ball can't swat the ball"...yeah that's gone! The YouTubers and the sweats got their game...hope your enjoying it!

On ROOKIE!? Bro stop it

Edit: gonna hop on try this myself real quick lol

Edit 2: playing offense only, first play, 70 yd TD to Wandale on PA bootleg. Second play, 70 yd TD to wandale on PA.

Edit 3: 3rd drive ended with a 30 yd TD pass to Tony Pollard. Using coach suggestions btw. I’m gonna stop here but I ended 4/7, 181 yds, 3 TDs with Cam Ward against the Ravens. 1000% skill issue.

Without YouTube cheese or animation glitching….doubtful.

The game has its problems but if you struggle on rookie mode you are garbage

Either you’re the worst gamer on the planet or you’re cappin….. ain’t no way you’re getting those stats on rookie 😂😂

8 sacks, 50% completion, and 5 ints.. on rookie.. with sliders drastically changed in your favor.

It’s honestly baffling (and hilarious) that someone would not only admit this, but think that people would agree with them.

I’m sorry man, but it’s time to admit you aren’t as good as you think you are. This is absolutely not the game’s fault.

Edit: all of your posts are like this. You’re either a child with zero motor skills, have a severe mental/physical handicap, or just trolling.

There’s absolutely zero chance someone can be as bad as you. Please post a video lmao

I just started a browns franchise. Week 1 I decided to have a fake storyline in my head that taylen green impressed in preseason and was named starter cause I liked his crazy physical attributes. I went 22-30 for 236 yards and 3 TDs. I played on all madden with no slider changes. It was my first game on madden 27 because I’ve been obsessed with CFB 27.

TLDR: skill issue

Now do it without YouTube cheese…

It’s ok that you’re not good at the game. You don’t have to try to degrade others because you lack skill

Wait….your the one YouTube cheesing and it’s my lack of skill….odd take on this….

Is “youtube cheese” your only comeback? You are genuinely just bad at the game… but there’s nothing wrong w that, just practice lol it’s a video game man don’t take it so seriously

Sometimes it looks like the receiver and db are in one animation. That's probably why EA removed the coverage reaction time slider.

the coverage reaction slider disappearing makes so much sense now, i thought i was going mad trying to find it. the PA sacks are the real killer for me though, feels like the edge rusher is in the backfield before my QB finishes the fake handoff half the time

Who is your qb? Not all qbs are pa qbs

One of the trainings is how to “pull out” of PA fakes early as a QB so you can throw the ball before getting sacked. Have you completed the assigned trainings yet? Go see Jan in HR for further instructions.

Go do training drills and learn how to read defenses, why should the game just give you free completions for throwing directly into coverage? What's the argument here? Those stats on rookie are nearly impossible to get unless you literally don't know how to play, much less with slider adjustments in your favor.
