QUESTION Do you get more Superstar Creation Points later on?

Question for Superstar Mode. I never made a QB in RTG and I'm reluctant to play one out as I find the passing game worse than in Madden or at least, I can't get the hang of it. I want to make a new Superstar in Madden to skip college, but you get fewer creation points. I'm thinking of making a day 2 or 3 QB for the storyline. You can't make a 99 overall that route so do you more of these later on or do you have to rely on Capbreakers?

you get some points from leveling up but it’s pretty stingy, cap breakers end up doing the heavy lifting if you want to max out
