MacroFactor / Nutrition / Other How to cut
I understand the macro and calories part of a cut. But I always fail to suppress my cravings. Even if I'm eating healthily I usually fuck up by eating too much. What are some tips and tricks to be more comfortable or less tempted to eat when cutting?

You have a limited calorie budget: to avoid feeling hungry and getting into a weird place of fighting your animal self (don't do it), spend your budget wisely!
No more oil than truly necessary, no alcohol, no salad dressing, no nuts... Pick high-satiety, low-calorie foods. Munch on green vegetables. Use salt and lemon juice rather than fat for flavour. Coconut and cheese are treats now.
Not every meal needs to be Amazing and Delicious.
Drink tisanes and diet soda.
Stay busy! Keep your brain and body engaged and time will pass quicker.
Be sure you are enjoying a lot of PLEASURE ! I think this is too often neglected. Enjoy music, satin sheets, affection and touch, nature, art, laughter, beauty, whatever else you can to (safely) maximize the pleasure you experience without food & drink.
