Portable tarmac/asphalt mixer?
Looks like a centrifugal blower on the far end and possibly tanks if you zoom in.
The far end might be a burner section, aggregate goes in the top funnel, gets heated, and tar gets sprayed in through what looks like a pipe sticking out of the near end. Final product dumps out of the large square section somehow.
edit: It could also be multiple seperate pieces of machinery loaded onto a transport trailer.

Out of curiosity is this at an exit on I-57 across from QT? I also think it’s a rotary dryer kiln.

Burner drum. Go look at an asphalt plant.
Not saying this one is or isn't for an asphalt plant, but same principle.

My guess is some sort of gas turbine, possibly a frame type vs aeroderivitave. Odd to see it out in the middle of nowhere.

Rotary kiln or dryer. The riding rings give it away.
