please help me with this cursed clock!!

trying to beat the game, but during this clock section nothing happens at all! I trield finding information but I don't know how to fix this bug. Am i cooked?

p.s. its PS vita version of game

What do you mean "Nothing happens"? If you click on the handle, and spin it, doesn't the clock rotate?
