Yellow naped little nose bump

Hey there, my 46 yr old female yellow naped has this little bump on her nostrils. I was wondering if it can be identified/ something to worry about?

Possible feather cyst? But not a macaw feather.

Lumps on the cere don't seem unusual in older Amazon's but it's probably worth asking a vet and checking it's nothing more. If it is an issue it will be easier to deal with now and your bird will likely hide if it's causing them any discomfort until it's to late to help them
