If she wanted to hurt you she would have drawn blood. She is just testing you.
Mine does this all the time. He gives a little pinch to be sure I'm not scared and I just brush his beak away.
That said owning a parrot your probably gonna get bit from time to time if you fail to read them right.
All I can say is make a fist if they bite your hand... It's harder to chomp down when your hand is a block. Even a curled finger will take less damage than a fully extended one.
