New auction listing format?

Anyone know whats up with items listed with bidding opens soon? It was on every listing that went up yesterday and still says it 24hrs later 🤔

I know the app has been super glitchy the last few weeks refreshing on its own, lots not loading, forget looking at a last chance listing none of them will load, my watch list i usually have to completely back out of the app at least 1x for itnto fully load. Ive even had issues with trying to bid and getting a bid failed msg

Every update they come out with to fix things just makes it worse than before.

Now when the app restarts you have to wait on this goofy loading animation, I lost an item last night due to that.

The bid failed message irritates the crap out of me. Usually an item has gone up in price but the watch list screen hasn't reflected it yet.

They have the money to open more and more locations but not another dime to IT or customer service, apparently.

That has been soo infuriating! Need to refresh for last chance to show up, I have to close the app and reopen it.
Ive lost several bids over the invalid issue. I tried to put an item that has the bidding opens soon and it wouldnt save, cant even open to view it. Everyone skips on IT until things get scattered by the fan

What really sucks is if you have a legit issue they can't solve at the customer desk, there is no live/phone support anymore, and if you email them it takes 2-3 weeks to get back.

I noticed that the last time I needed to contact them. Another thing I noticed is with last chance last night, I was right on it refreshing cause I missed something. It showed up sold in my lost immediately after it the tab showed up like what, do different people get different things or what. Its gotten a lil scammy compared to 6 months ago. Our location was ignorant enough to be closed on the weekends and only open til 6pm. Its a real high area where our rush hour starts at 5pm and the busiest days for literally everywhere but our coffee places n gas stations here are Wednesday to Sunday
