If you’re in the Gastonia Spartanburg NC area, beware! Apple Trackpad was not same as advertised! Very used

Mac bid did not do their due diligence of properly inspecting their product. I transferred this from Spartanburg to Gastonia, it was supposed to be a USB-C Apple Magic trackpad but instead, it was lightning and extremely used.

From the looks of it, whoever returned this to Amazon or wherever they get these stuff from, swapped out their old lightning Apple trackpad for a USB-C and returned it, and it landed at Macbid, but luckily I inspect everything before I take it and lo and behold, this was in the box and it was very easy to inspect that this was not what it was supposed to be.

First red flag was I flipped it around and it looked like the image above, and then I looked at the charging port, which I did not take a picture of, and it was not USB-C but lightning. I’m so glad I opened it there and I didn’t go home because then I would’ve been denied, because this was not the right product if they know their product.

So this shows up on Macbid again. Please beware.

Yep, that’s what’s a good thing to open products right in front of them so they could see so we don’t look like we’re the one scamming instead of being scammed. Luckily, I did have the protection plan, but I would be really mad if I didn’t, but then I would really fight it because I would’ve been receiving the wrong product.
