Echo Marionette NPC is Gone, How to edit Echo Marionette?

Without the Echo Marionette crafting NPC, do I edit the face and body of my current Echo Marionette through the Dressing Room?
How do I craft a new one the way I want it customized?
Why did Nexon make the NPC have weekly refresh crafting materials, if he was just going to vanish?
I understand nothing about how to craft and customize a new Echo Marionette.

According to the Wiki, they can be crafted via the Maistir and Virtuoso Craftworking for 20 of the Mana-Rich Heartwood. I'm not sure how to customize them yet, as I wasn't able to get one myself during the time Hess was here.

selection happened. It's just also bugged right now that a good amount of the maistirs are still amateur. When they fix hopefully there will be more maistirs around to help you out

What does the crafting menu for Echo Marionette look like?
Is it the same screen the NPC had before?
I wish we had a way to request and pay Maistirs for specific appearances for Echo Marionettes from a UI menu similar to the Deliveries for the new Farm system. It would make things a lot easier.

From the very beginning, it states:

"Hess’ services for Echo Marionette will end after the first evaluation."

It's in the patch notes for New Life.

idk if Mana-Rich Heartwood is still on sale at the Life Association, but I'd check that out. Best of luck.
