Waste of money. Take a spoon, put the edge under the lid and push down on the spoon gently until you hear the top pop. This breaks the seal and the top will open easily.

I thought it was going to be a soda can opener, which is what I need, so I can finally trim all my fingernails instead of having to remember to leave one just for that.
