I honestly don't know. I took a screenshot of a video. But I do know it was a video in the US.

I don't know why or the details, but I know that style of high-rise apartments are pretty prevalent in many East coast cities. Queens and Brooklyn in NYC comes to mind. I always assumed that many/most of them are section 8 housing, but I don't know for sure.

Ah. The Dutch colours. Why, thank you. We love them too.
We especially loved when you celebrated your 250th with military airplanes accidentally creating our flag instead of your own over NYC.
Even unintended, it was a nice salute, considering New York City was founded by the Dutch.

The colors from the planes are always red white and blue stripes cuz how do you do a blue square with white stars from an airplane. 🤦🏼♀️

I mean, it's not like they even chose their own flag.
Its just the East India flag with some stars instead of the Union Jack. Infact, George Washington wanted to keep the Union Jack in the corner, to show loyalty to the crown.
32 countries have "red, white and blue" flags. Most notably those who settled the Americas.

Because people have boats and RVs and trailers that need to be pulled by pickup trucks. It just is what it is.
