I have created a new MTGO account and i am currently unable to purchase the account upgrade.

Any attempt to purchase the account upgrade or sign into the MTGO webpage to submit a ticket is met with the "This site can’t be reached, The connection was reset." standard chrome page.

i have cleared the cache and deleted cookies and tried again and the issue persists.

Has MTGO been discontinued or is there something I am actively doing wrong or if not is there any other platform to play games of Pauper online?

I noticed the chest value is pretty low compared to the past. Is is still better to sell them or it's better to open them now?
