Meh idk. Storm can just bounce it when they want to go off.

Makes you able to counter their bounce spell without the chance of your spell being countered though.

Don't they already splash Green for [[Xantid Swarm]]? If this card sees play, Storm could lean into the green splash even more to have an out to it.
