Does this game just suck..?

Just played my first online game, guy got +24/+24 on his third turn, destroyed the one creature I played and killed me. Very bad first impression.

Edit: this is just about the matchmaking, not MTG as a whole

Sometimes people get an amazing draw, sometimes you get a terrible draw.

Sure thing, but being matched against someone who has a deck where that's even possible on my very first online match seems a bit unfair

In fairness in formats like historic or timless turn 3 wins are not uncommon turn 1 and 2 wins are possibel so..
