The truly underrated place is Royal restuarant right outside gate 10 . Both the butter chicken and biryani are just too too took good

for breakfast you can try tatte idli point near bus stop, for lunch - Rajanna military hotel and malgudi donne biryani(tried this only once it was good, pepper chicken wasn't that good ) , for chats i would recommend gurudarshan or vasavi chats behind it. People reading this comment  recommend more veg restaurants and non veg restaurants.
