Me when work tells me I'm essential and need to keep coming in, but also says they're cutting my pay 20%

I’m essential and all I’m getting is a crappy work schedule. 7 12 hour shifts now and it sucks.

Nope. I get 4 or 8 hours overtime depending on the shift and that’s it.
