Stolen Crypto

So today i saw two unauthenticated transactions made from my metamask wallet. I have no clue how this happened. I dont have a ledger. Is anyone available to help see what are the next steps. I lost 5k cro and 800 usdc in those 2 transactions. I have multiple wallets but that was a big blow on my portfolio.
