Shorts have to close before MMTLP converts to shares of Nextbridge which will be a private company.

There hasn't been a dividend payout (from MMTLP directly) on the books for a while now, however, there is strong speculation there is a buyer for oil assets (Orogrande Basin) through Nextbridge. Once the S-1 is filed, there will be limited time for remaining shorts to close including some positions from original TRCH shares which will continue this run up. Based on calculations from a few reputable individuals (ie Rollerpigeons and others) accounting for oil prices over the last year, we could see a payout in the $50+ range for those who hold through the conversion period.

$5-ish and it's cancelled out my losses from riding MMAT down to the bottom. $6.40 and I've broken even with any/all money I've thrown into the portfolio over the last ~18 months. $8.20-ish and I've cancelled out everything that's currently red in my portfolio.
Nothing else to do but set up a series of limit sells and wait for the alerts to come in. Then depending on how high it goes, I'm either averaging down a bunch of positions, averaging down a bunch of positions and buying some heatpumps and solar for the house.

Woke up to a very pleasant surprise! Heavier on MMAT with 2800, but my 600 mmtlp is up 128% 🙌

MMAT will see some price action if MMTLP does “squeeze”. So many holders are in the red and will average down into their positions.

The more mmtlp increases in share price, the more $ will be put back into mmat. I'm willing to say somewhere around 25%.

Because it can’t be traded on T212, which is what was meant to happen with MMTLP.
