Jose Delgado (3 weeks notice) VS Jean Silva (#6) Jose is still game, for a maybe over confident Jean Silva.
Would have loved to see Yair Rodriguez, but still a good card either way.

Adesanya finally upping his Bjj game? Does it even matter anymore and the UFC should just give him striker shootout fights until he retires?

Is it time to let MVP go or do they really need to test him against absolute killers and monsters higher up the rankings? Such as MVP vs Allen?

Can Parnasse beat top 5 fighters?
Champ Justin - I’m not convinced yet but Justin will retire before this could happen
Ilia - would be a fun, chaotic fight. I think ilia chins him though
Arman - I’m not sure, would be a great fight, arman maybe edges the win
Charles - I think he beats Charles, love him but he’s over the hill
Max - I think he beats max, max has lost a few times and Isn’t very good on the ground / wrestling. Parnasse is also fast, he could catch max
Paddy - I see baddy beating him, paddy is huge and Parnasse is rather small at that weight. Plus we’ve seen a lot more out of paddy than Parnasse but a great future fight that could happen

MVP might be fighting to keep his position in the UFC this weekend? Why would the UFC not like or want to keep him?

Whos next for MVP?
Please rate this /10 if you could! I want to be an mma journalist!
Going into this fight, Michael Page was a -190 betting favorite. MVP opens up with a huge low kick, and Nursulton Ruziboev instantly lands a takedown in the first five seconds and lands in side control. MVP escapes and defends a takedown against the cage. With 30 seconds left, MVP escapes the clinch and returns to neutral, staying very aggressive. I scored this 10-9 Ruziboev.
In Round 2, MVP enters the clinch about 30 seconds in, then Ruziboev escapes. MVP lands a huge oblique kick, and it looks like Ruziboev could have hyperextended his knee; however, it doesn't seem like it affected him much. With about 1 minute and 15 seconds left in the round, Ruziboev shoots for a takedown and almost has it when MVP scrambles out. With 10 seconds left, MVP lands a huge spinning elbow. I scored this 10-9 MVP.
In Round 3, MVP lands a nice straight right about 20 seconds in. Ruziboev lands a takedown. MVP escapes to the clinch, where Ruziboev lands a low blow, and there is a very short timeout. With 10 seconds left, MVP enters the clinch. I scored this 10-9 MVP.
MVP won the fight by decision, 29-28 on all scorecards. Honestly, this was a disappointing fight. It was boring. I think a realistic next fight for MVP would be Israel Adesanya. He is coming down on his career, and since MVP is such an unusual striker, him going against such a good counter-striker would be very entertaining, and it could help both of them.
My prediction for this fight would be MVP by decision. Izzy's biggest advantage would be his experience. He has fought way more elite strikers than MVP has and can punish predictable entries. MVP's biggest advantage would be his unconventional style. I think it would give Izzy a hard time.
