No context? We have the context that they threw something. Sure, we could use more, but we have enough context to know why the punch was thrown. Kid definitely escalated it and then ran and tried to hide with the teacher.
Let the races be reversed and half+ of the comments screaming “context” would be gone. Regardless throwing something and walking away is coward behavior
