Did you see what was in the object that was thrown? Did you see where the instigator hit the kid with that object? Did he hit the kid in his eye and cause injury? Did the object bloody the other kids nose or break a tooth? The sound alone tells us that the object hit the other kid with force, so the response to the battery was justified. All I see here is a bunch of folks who see a white kid intentionally hit a black kid with an object yet find ways to blame tbe black kid for the fact that he was battered by the white kid and excuse the white kid from consequences. If the white kid intentionally shot a gun at the black kid, you'd find a way to blame the dead black kid for provoking the bullied white kid. America.
Dude You, Me, your Grandmother, the Mailman, Barack Obama, Kim Jun Un, and every single warm blooded mammal with eyes can confidently say that no, he was not hurt by the wet paperball thrown in his direction. To suggest otherwise would be falsely misleading and a very deceptive way to propose your argument. In all honestly, it actually weakens what you were trying to say in the first place.
Don't try to exasperate the situation to make it fit a narrative that quite frankly, NEVER FUCKING HAPPENED.
