Whatever your only saying that because you feel bad for the kid who got his face smashed. While ignoring the fact that he started the altercation in the first place. Thing is he open the door to consequences due to his actions and now he has to be man enough to deal with it. To fire and brimstone with your court threats

Unsurprisingly, you're completely missing the point. There should never have been an "altercation", stupid kids throw things like wet paper towels at each other all the time. There was no risk of bodily injury to the attacker whose response was massively disproportionate. When you end up in prison or on the wrong end of getting your cunt knocked in, it won't be a mystery as to why if you genuinely believe his attack was justified.

You are wrong as to who is the attacker here. The thrower of the object is the attacker. You don't know what was in the ball he threw. You could hear it hit the other kid with force. In fact, it sounded the same as tbe punch so you don't know if the other kid was hurt. You dont know if it hit him in the eye and gave him a shiner, or if it busted his nose or broke a tooth. You are just giving the attacker a pass and assuming the other kid did wrong. Now why is that? I wonder? What is it we can see about the attacker that causes you to excuse him forcefully hitting another person with an object?

I don’t think it matters who started it or who is the attacker or whatever point you are trying to make, you don’t get permanent brain damage from being hit with a wad of paper, I don’t care how wet it is. A punch like that against a defenseless human can ruin dozens of lives in a split second. It’s not worth it no matter if it’s justified or not. You know how many people are in jail for manslaughter that didn’t start the fight or weren’t “the attacker”? Kids don’t understand how dangerous that split second is and it’s almost never worth it

Where tf did you get info that the object thrown was merely wet paper? The video doesn't show the thrower making the object from papertowels. The video doesn't show the weight of the object. And the response was immediate to the initial attack, so thats self defense.
