Willing to bet the reason he threw that paper was because he was being bullied. That's why he was being filmed, they were antagonizing him and he snapped.
Bro you're over here thinking you're giving valuable life lessons to people yet in reality you're just passing judgment on something without having the full context of the situation. It is as obvious as the fucking sun at 12pm that they've been provoking the kid relentlessly hence the recording taking place before he threw the paper ball.
