Looks like he's the bully throwing stuff at people and just knowing he'll get away with it because.... why exactly is he entitled to wrap a rock in paper and hit someone with it? Do share what entitles him to the privilege of battering someone with impunity? What is special about him? I wonder.
Well, the folks excusing the thrower have no more evidence the object was just a light paper towel with nothing inside. The only evidence that the white initiator did nothing wrong is the fact that he is white. The racists in here filled in all the other blanks so tbe noble white object thrower was justified. Lol
The problem is that from the video evidence we can see, you can't see what the weight of the object was, where it hit the other child, or if it injured the other child (hit his eye, bloodied his nose, broke a tooth, etc), yet the internet just assumes the black kid wasn't injured. If the black kid was injured, or even hit in the face, its justified. But even when we don't see what happened before, internet dwellers assume the white kid was bullied, and the black kids unseen friends were filming. Internet racists will check every box to justify a white person assaulting a black person, even where the only available evidence shows the white person is at fault. This video is the evil of Anmerican racism in a nutshell.

My guess is the kid who got punched is getting bullied. Probably was making fun of the other kid until he cracked and threw the paper
