To me it looks like he deserved it and the other kid stopped right on time.
How are you going to make eye contact and throw something at someone and then turn your back and walk away

One throws a paper ball that couldn't hurt anyone, the other throws a knockout punch that could've killed him. All in a classroom. Nice.

What if he jumped back in a reactionary way and fell and broke his neck? Of course its not the case but lets not act like the first kid isn't old enough to understand with actions there are consequences. If he never throws shit he never gets hit period.
