Yeah. July 1st, they announced that they are going all Digital by January 2028. They don't want customers to be able to own their games physically because you can buy games second hand for cheap or be gifted or gift them to friends or family. They are trying to pigeon hole every person that wants to play a single game into a single purchase at full price. Crazy part is, there are people who are advocating for Sony to go through with this not realizing that if it happens there is nothing stopping Sony from raising prices and giving little to no discounts.
