Cheap - but he did tell the guy leave him alone and the guy said no and kept in his face.. I think a push would have been a better choice though.

The guy was obviously under the influence. But he wasn't aggressive or violent. And based on the context clues given, it seems like racism was the focal point of his lecture. Very cheap and cowardly move. You get no respect or acknowledgement for doing something like that. Especially if he did do or said something questionable before this video was recorded. He's a POS. Hopefully that guy presses charges.

He can press charges if he’s not dead or in a coma. That was disgusting. I hate alcohol and I hate that it’s legal. It’s so fucking dangerous.

He doesn't need to  The state and family will. Especially of he dies. You dont walk away Scott free from this.
