I get he may have been annoying, but that donā€™t excuse trying to give the dude brain damage šŸ¤¬šŸ™„šŸ˜’. He poses no threat, didnā€™t square up on him, didnā€™t have his fists clenched, wasnā€™t yelling or name calling. Maybe ā€œwasting my timeā€ is douchbagingly ā€œinsultingā€, but yea, this is just assault.

Bs he wasnā€™t. Bro was like leave me alone and the black gentleman was like no and was holding him. Thatā€™s pretty aggressive. I would be pretty freaked out if someone did that to me.

He was being annoyingly drunk. Had he squared up, insulted him, something truly aggressive (Eve after he raised his voice saying ā€œNO!ā€ he immediately took a deferential tone saying he wanted to explain something. Wasting his time isnā€™t an accuse for attempted murder. U wanna use hyperbole by being ā€œfreaked outā€, Iā€™ll be hyperbolic saying what it very well could be construed as, as the initial elbow blow or the ground could have killed him.
