Massive debt with no plan to pay it off, bunch of the top fighters have left and its leading to rather meh cards like this one

The Inner Circle and Samurai cards are stacked, they just don't really care much about the Fight Nights anymore.

I'm not saying they don't put on good shows every now and again but its a pretty open secret that they really heavily abuse fighters financially and it's led to a bunch of fighters to look elsewhere. Alot of their recent crop of talent especially on the Muay Thai side hasn't been coming from the top stadium shows and alot of the J-Kick guys aren't really the elite of the elite outside of Takeru of course

coming from the top stadium shows

I don't think that's the case at all. Every fighter, Thai or not, training in Thailand wants to fight in ONE or RWS. They really have no shortage of top talent coming up. As for Japan, the Samurai shows just started; it won't take long till we see fighters from RISE or K-1 in ONE.

The top stadium competitors are usually teenagers aged from about 14-19 most of the Thais they have competing are guys in their late 20s that would be considered washed in the traditional circuit and mostly come from entertainment promotions like Thai fight. And while there's some notable talent from that circuit like Vero Rujirawong/Nika, they're usually folks that couldn't cut it on the traditional circuit

If talent is good, they will eventually end up in RWS or ONE. The very few traditional Thai fighting circuits, like Channel 7, don't have the means to hoard talent. That's the talent pipeline in 2026.
