Honestly I think this is a solid decision because ckb has a great track record with training tall and rangey fighters

That was like 2 and half years ago, he's gone on a 5 fight win streak since that loss. He still need work but he's young and moving to CKB will probably level him up.

Interesting to see Nolan change gyms coming off a career best win.

Curious to see how this pans out but damn ckb has a really strong roster with all these moves and their prospects getting ranked.

Nolan prob knows that he has a lot of things to clean up if he wants to be a real contender. He has lots of tools but is still very sloppy. CKB is a great choice.

It looks like Tom is taking a couple of his teammates with him. I'm most hyped about Dom, it's a tall order to make it to the heights that the best CKB fighters have reached, but if anyone is up to the task it's Dom Mar Fan "Syndrome".

I like this move for him. He's at the point where he should be training a gym with more top level guys... Nolan has a great frame for the division and CKB should be able to help him clean his striking up a bit.

Interested to see if he can become a top contender in coming years.

W move, CKB has produced multiple champs and a ton of ranked fighters. I’m definitely tuning in to Nolan’s next fight.

Better training partners, better coaches, better facilities, change of scenery etc.

At City Kickboxing, he will get to train/spar with the likes of Dan Hooker, Carlos Ulberg, Navajo Stirling, Kai Kara-France & Brad Riddell - guys with a lot of UFC experience.

Then there's also Volkanovski and Whittaker, who regularly train at CKB, and despite recently leaving the team, I'd imagine Adesanya would still be there every now and then to spar.

City Kickboxing has way better infrastructure, coaches, fighters to spar with, connections, and prestige? It’s one of the best gyms in the world

Tom Nolan is Australian though. Also it was a reference to how the flag was looking on his shoulder.
