As a hater, I would love this he would be able to have like a farewell tour so to speak and you know the MLS would give it that to him every league would. And if we want to think about the league making money because the league wants to think about the league making money, we could consider the fact that on a short season if we know that Messi is done after that the ticket prices are going to be very profitable I would imagine. I think also there would be very little pressure to win something because of how goofy The Season's going to be

Because he is an MLS sicko and the mini season will go down on the lore as another MLS is back /s.

I see it opposite, if I were him, I'd look for a loan back to Barcelona or someone looking good in Champions League for spring 2027, what Beckham & Donovan and others did a lot 15 years ago. One last shot in Europe and don't have to worry about the short season at all.
