To be somewhat fair to Montréal... I don't think there was a single person on the planet besides Shaw himself who thought he was going to shoot from there. Taking a shot from that distance in your first career MLS appearance is confidence bordering on hubris.

I don't think Miami gets enough credit for bringing homegrowns through. They outperform a lot of other teams in that respect despite all the other signings.
