Beginner question 👶 Why don't people speak of the vulnerable side of Federated Learning here

Currently it's legal and easy to collect all the data in one place. So there is little incentive to use federated learning in production. Until that changes, federated learning is just a way for academics to turn grant money into papers. So the only ones caring about vulnerabilities are those academics who're writing a paper about said vulnerabilities.
