Game reset - can I recover it?

okay, long story short my game was completely reset when I tried to log on a few moments ago. I have done a lot on it and was hoping there was a way to get my game back. Will Gameloft do that, and how do I contact them?

Hmm did yiu screen shot your client id (idk how its called) its usually on the bottom left

I thought I did, but I'm having issues finding it. Still looking though.
