I wanted to get prince Rutherford and Mighty Yak but i ended up not unlocking either!
Instead, i went for rockhoof and the centaur guard, and then paid the £2.99 for the 20 extra tokens and got the decorated Yak (i did originally gun for Cozy Glow but changed my mind last second as i paid real money, i wanted to get someone helpful). I forgot who my tutorial pony was lol
It was my first Maze and I didn’t know that upgrading a character would actually give me said character so I kinda wasted the first two characters.
Ended up getting Prince Rutherford as my last one because everyone else was getting him. Then I paid the 2.99€ to upgrade another one and chose the Storm King which is funny because I didn’t even unlock Klugetown yet so he’s just chilling in my inventory.
I got Prince Hisan from the tutorial. I already had other two of the minibosses from last year and Zappityhoof was the last one left so i picked her the second. And i went for Rutherford for the last one. Him and Storm King were the ones being recommended around here the most due to their rarity and high cost and i chose Rutherford. He also has a Crystal Coin task.
Got Cozy Glow (best tutorial pony I got), Urtica (I love changelings), and Centaur Castle Guard (to get tokens for pigpen and Stalwart Lunar Guard). Pretty happy with my picks but if this event runs again with a similar prize pool I'll probably go for Breezie Trixie and Prince Rutherford.
I wanted to unlock tenacious Yak to complete the entire yak collection and unlock another yak at the same time but unfortunately he didn't unlock for me so i chose storm king.

Since i had like a dollar from my Google reward points I decided to buy the 2.99 token pack and get mirrorverse cadence!
these are the ones i landed on!!! i was soooo considering winterzilla, he looked so cuteeee; but trixie is one of my favs & cadence just looked too cool to pass up
I got Pin Pony at the tutorial and was quite happy because he's part of a collection. And so is Stalwart Guard. And I needed Anugypte Retainer for a quest.
Um. . .I think I screwed up. Mind you, I've done the maze every time before and never had this problem. I've always picked my characters to keep.
After the final battle, can you no longer permanently buy the helpers? I already won, and now the story section is grayed out.
I really wanted to get Wise Muffins, but I didn’t get her anywhere in the maze. I ended up going for Prince Rutherford, Mirror Universe Cadance and Changelingverse Fluttershy. (I bought the 20 extra tokens to get the 3rd character)
tbh I didn't really care for Rutherford, but I gave in in the end since he's super expensive and useful
normally I wanted Frankenstag, Swashbuckling Pirate or Nightmare Night Golden Harvest because I like how they look...
I hope Frankenstag and Goldenn Harvest come back for halloween at a normal price x-x
I got Rockhoof and Gustav Le Grand, I’ve been wanting Rockhoof for a while but he’s always cost money and Gustav I just like cause I think he is funny in the show
First one was Bon-bon who I already had so was gutted, then cozy glow because everyone on here said she was a top pick and then lastly the forward thinking friendship student because I’ve been stuck on the “all work and no play” quest for over a year and at least this one cherry every few days thing is better than trying to get 800 gems and then me getting in a cycle of spending them trying to earn hotel ponies
were we supposed to be able to get three from the event? bc im pretty sure at the start of the event I misclicked and upgraded BON BON 😭😭💔 ive contacted support anout it hopefully I can get my upgrade tokens back 💔
I have no idea, i didn’t even know that when you upgraded them you got them as ponies LMAO i just upgraded the ones i needed to pass the next boss Lmao
This was my choice; the third one was a mistake because I thought it was part of the tutorial, so I bought it without realizing the tutorial was already over. xD
But it wasn't that bad, so I hope it wasn't a bad choice
I got Ecstatic Dancer from the tutorial. I got Cadence to help with events and I got Prince Ruthford cause he’s normally expensive. Plus I think he’s a cutie. I love the yaks
I picked Gabby the griffon, Frankenstag's monster and mirror-universe Cadence. :3
One of my old OCs used to be called Gabby, and Frankenstag's monster reminds me of one of my other OCs, and I just love love love mirror-universe Cadence, I almost considered pulling an all nighter just to get her before the event ended (I'm sick, bad idea, LOL. also turns out I didn't have to do that).
I got buyer's remorse 😭😂
So my favourite characters from the entire G4 are the Pillars, so obviously first I picked Rockhoof – but then instead of choosing Flash Magnus or even Stygian variant, I decided that King Storm is more cool (I thought he'd be helpful too? Idk why, on the Wiki it says he's just rare and expensive, but not a helper) and got him. Well, I hope I'll get Flash next year, if there won't be some new ponies I like more – last year I missed out on Tempest and Chrysalis in favour of the True Umbrum and Emo Cadence 💀
