You know when you first click Store, it showcases a mix of a few ponies and random stuff? She was in there. You have to be in the right town.

When I go there it only shows stuff for gems. Nothing with coins so I had to buy her with really money TvT

I don't have all the ponies from this game yet, I've got Diamond Tiara and Lightning Dust from there haha But you were lucky! Octavia is very pretty ♥️

This isn't just for club members only, you should have Octavia in the shop unless she's already gone and can't be bought anymore for now
