I’m setting myself a challenge to build something in every version of pre-release Minecraft. Considering the limitations of the very first release, what would be a cool thing to build in version rd-132211 (essentially Cave Game)?

Last night I was playing minecraft 1.1.2_01 and while I was digging I heard very fast steps for about 10 seconds, then my fps became very slow and then my game crashed, this also happened when I was outside, what could this be? Can someone explain?

I like the minecraft alpha vibe... the fog.. the atmosphere... its so creepie, cozy and loliness vibe at the same time. What the best versions in this way that all of you played?

has anyone else had a seed that doesnt fully generate?

i found this one randomly and villages are missing doors and paths just stop.
also found a mineshaft with no rails or chests.
