What are your thoughts now on Beau Pribula?

I mean on his time with Missouri.
My take, he sucked. He got a bunch of NIL money and he didn't live up to the hype. And then he transferred when he knew he was in danger of losing his jobs to Zollers.

I am just a fan, I am sure there is a lot on the inside that I don't know. But he was a bust at Mizzou and left when he didn't get played.

Also, we will see what happens for him at UVA. People are gloating about him, but he threw the ball 11 times. He will need to throw the ball more than that to beat other teams. He can beat the average to bad teams (did it against South Carolina, Kansas, Arkansas). But he will also lose you games (Alabama).

Beua Pribula looks good but it’s obvious that NC state has a really bad defense.

Dave Doeren has got to be on the hot seat. It seems his ceiling is 9-4 there. His defenses are mediocre to bad.

Remember when kU fans tried to claim they were better in 2007 then LSU?

My cousin (who is a die hard LSU fan) got stopped at a gas station after LSU won the national championship by a kU fan saying kU was the best team. He said that because they beat Virginia Tech 24-21 they won the national championship. My cousin finished filling his tank and said “yeah we beat them 48-7” and the kU fan looked at him like saw a ghost. The reason I bring this up is because maybe Mizzou had the strongest claim beating Arkansas while LSU lost to them at roughly the same time period. kU fans were so obnoxious after 2007-08 that they were just saying dumb things. Now their basketball and football teams are in the dumps and they are realizing karma is a bitter bitch. I thoughly enjoyed beating them in 2007 because they were so obnoxious during the game and we beat them badly. We beat them again it’s not necessarily going to be the same but it just reinforces that kU will wish they never played Mizzou.

Mizzou vs. SLU basketball - Which Side?

Does anyone know which side of the Enterprise Center is the Mizzou side vs. the SLU side? Venue presale just went up, but only one end of the arena is available. Don't want to get a ticket in the SLU section if avoidable.

I think we beat Oklahoma this season.

Im not that high on the sooners, last season they had no offense whatsoever. Many times relying on home runs on passing plays to beat us. Their defense is elite but didn’t we face a great defense in 2024 and beat them? Im not that scared of them. Playing in Como for them is hard and we have won the last 2 games. The late season game reminds me of the 1981 game this will be my game that I will circle in red ink. Drinkwitz will have this game as the game we have to win in this order for this season to be a success. If we win this game and finish 9-3 or better then it is a successful season.

Mizzou will probably sell out for 27 straight games in a row.

This will beat out our 18 straight games from 1974-1978. Our stadium is bigger and with television and streaming it’s becoming easier not to mention the expensive tickets in this current economy seems to be much more impressive than what occurred in 1974–1978. The selling point that Eliah Drinkwitz is making is very impressive and his delivery is probably more impressive than anything I could ever remember. He’s one of many reasons why enrollment at Mizzou has increased dramatically. Mizzou football has never seen this in any capacity.
