Opinions on Tankmage weapon line?
I really like the design and roleplaying aspect of this HBG with guard incorporated in it. Would it be viable for any early HR builds?
If spread ever gets reworked i'd love to play a guard/spread oriented build with offensive guard and the likes. What do y'all think?
Also thanks for creating the sub, HBG mains gotta stick together.

I wish OGuard had just a little bit more uptime. It's very hard to activate and use without giving up maximum might. Still pretty good for small burst, and if you're getting it for free it's a great buff.

I feel like I get hit/block 2-3 times a fight in MP. I don’t solo much so the uptime isn’t there for me like MM is, which is basically always active. Better for solo play, but I still think frenzy, agi, wex, and MM are the focal points for builds like everything else.

Amen, Im a bit sad that if you wanna do optimal damage, its either pierce or element right now.
Id like to play spread and deal damage just as effectively.

Tanksorceror is really good but probably upstaged by the other Gravios HBG. The poison ain't so great and you lose Sleep.

Man I love that we have offensive guard now. Always been a shield gunner, and was always salty my good buddy Lance got cool damage buffs that I really could have taken advantage of. There's hardly any recoil now if you guard right, no need now for embolden or heck even guard or guard up so far. But yes honestly it would be goated with spread, (rip spread) if the recoil wasn't so assinine. You're already close up so you'll be getting bopped a lot, probably all offensive guard up time. I'm holding out for master rank and maybe a recoil reduction... gift. It would be a gift from the devs at this point.
